There is the tiny seaweed covered beach just east of Ballyquintin Point, where you can often see small waders (possibly purple sandpipers) busy feeding. This toccata is about movement – the scuttling of the birds over the seaweed and the rocks, and the movement of the water and of the waves along the shoreline.
